FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEImpact100 SRQ Announces New Co-President Leadership Structure and Names Sara Winer as Co-President
Sarasota, FL — Impact100 SRQ, a leading women’s philanthropic organization serving Sarasota and Manatee counties, has announced the creation of a Co-President leadership structure and the appointment of longtime member and board leader Sara Winer as Co-President, effective immediately.
The new leadership model was developed following a year-long, intentional review by the Impact100 SRQ Board of Directors aimed at strengthening the long-term sustainability, vitality, and succession planning of the organization. With Impact100 SRQ past year membership surpassing 800 members, the scope and complexity of the President’s role has expanded significantly, prompting the Board to adopt a shared leadership approach.
“I am incredibly proud of this organization and deeply grateful to the members who make our work possible,” said Pam Kandziora, Co-President of Impact100 SRQ. “I have been so proud to serve as the second President of our chapter. The creation of Co-President roles allow us to better balance responsibilities, and ensure a thoughtful leadership succession model that will serve our chapter well into the future.”
Winer has been an active and dedicated member of Impact100 SRQ since 2020. She has served on Focus Area Committees annually, joined the Board as a Focus Area Committee Director, and later held the role of Vice President of Grants. After a brief hiatus, she recently returned to the Board as an Advisory Director. In her new role, Winer will share presidential responsibilities with Kandziora.
“Impact100 SRQ has had a profound impact on our community and on me personally,” said Sara Winer, Co-President of Impact100 SRQ. “I am honored to step into this role and to partner with Pam and the Board as we continue to build on the strong foundation that has been established. I am deeply committed to our mission and to supporting the members whose generosity and engagement make this work possible.”
“Looking ahead, this shared leadership model positions Impact100 SRQ to grow with intention and to deepen our impact across Sarasota and Manatee counties,” Winer added. “By investing in leadership continuity and collaboration, we are ensuring that the collective power of our members continues to transform lives and strengthen our community for generations to come.”
Winer becomes the third leader in Impact100 SRQ’s history, continuing the legacy established by founder Jane Watt, and strengthened by past Boards of Directors. She was formally introduced in her new role at the organization’s Annual Celebration and Awards Ceremony on January 20, 2026.
